Friendly reception, clean, quiet room, good value

It was a bit far out of the city.

The prices at this place were decent, we enjoyed our stay for two nights, the room was cozy with a comfortable bed, and all the staff were friendly.

the stuff was really helpful and customer-focused and solved our problems immediately. all in all we liked great-sized and brand-new room with a comfortable bed. the food provided was good. this hotel met expectations in every way, would be happy to recommend.

Clean and good price for comfort.

The staff was very friendly. We booked the queen suite with hot tub. The hot tub/jacuzzi's water supply was funky, and so we didn't use it, therefore the extra we paid was not worth it. They did give us a late check out and 10% off next stay, but we were disappointed with the water quality. It left a rusty film/residue in the tub, and the water itself was rusty/yellow. For a cheap place to crash for a couple nights, however, it would be fine. The clientele was friendly, it was a lovely couple that owned it, and rooms were very clean.

It was not worth it to pay the extra for the upgraded room, but I would stay there again.

I like the fact that the room was nice and clean and that the bathroom was clean as well.

The towells were a little on the grey side and it took me a little bit to figure out the heating in the room.

The room was cozy and comfortable, the bed was very comfy, and we enjoyed the free wi-fi.

The cleanliness of the room and bathroom. The fact that it is located on the highway and not in the city. The price. The bathroom window was made of privacy glass.

It was a convenient place to stay. Right on HWY 11, if you needed a place to sleep on a long trip.

It was clean ,but a little run down. Also, on the way in to North Bay they have a billboard advertising rooms at $49.95, where I was required to pay $65.00(less tax). A little misleading,...

The location is cozy and pleasant, conveniently close to the truck stop and Lakeshore, making it a great place to stay and definitely return to in the future.

Location: the hotel was just next door to the truck stop, North Bay and Temagami and Lakeshore. The staff were helpful, very amiable, would definitely stop here again...
